Sandy Munro

Sandy Munro, renowned for his expertise in first principles engineering and lean design, has revolutionized the automotive industry with his innovative approach to product development. Starting his career at Ford Motor Company, he quickly became a leader in applying these principles to enhance efficiency and performance. As the founder of Munro & Associates, his meticulous teardown and analysis of electric vehicles, particularly Tesla models, have set new industry standards. Through detailed teardowns of the Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Cybertruck, Sandy has gained unparalleled insights into component design for these vehicles.

Armin von Czarnowksi

Armin von Czarnowski is an engineer and entrepreneur recognized for his expertise in lightweight materials and advanced simulation techniques. With a background in advanced engineering and a focus on improving vehicle performance, safety, and efficiency, Armin has been instrumental in developing innovative manufacturing processes and sustainable practices. His extensive experience in FEA and CFD simulations allows MDW to optimize wheels for weight, strength, and aerodynamics. Armin is the originator of the Delta Wheels concept and chief designer. An avid Tesla enthusiast, Armin's goal is to bring a bold look to Tesla vehicles.

Bullet Proof Testing

At MDW, we tested our Bulletproof Wheels with the same bullets Tesla used on the Cybertruck. Munro Delta Wheels are crafted from forged aerospace-grade aluminum. The delta construction and absence of vent holes reduce stress concentrations, delivering top-tier weight and aerodynamic performance. Inspired by the Cybertruck’s design language, our wheels incorporate its bold triangular features and planes.
