During development, MDW prototype wheels were precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 blanks forged with 10,000 tons of force. This machining process enabled rapid design iterations, leading to optimized structural wheel designs. Our distinctive Delta Spoke Geometry provides MDW with a competitive advantage, offering unmatched strength-to-weight ratio while maintaining unique aesthetics.

We tested our wheels beyond structural limits to ensure you have the safest and most advanced wheels available. Alongside CFD and FEA simulations, all MDW wheels undergo rigorous physical testing, including cornering fatigue, radial fatigue, and impact tests. Additionally, our Bulletproof wheels have been tested against various ammunition types to match the Cybertruck's bullet resistance.
