Product Warranty
Munro Delta Wheels offers a comprehensive two-year unlimited
mileage warranty on all merchandise, safeguarding against defects or failures
under normal usage conditions when installed either at our facility or by an
authorized installer. Defective items within this warranty period will be
promptly replaced at no cost, limited exclusively to parts. Labor performed by
third parties is not covered. Damage resulting from impact, vandalism, improper
installation, modification, disobedience to installation instructions, flood,
or other atypical and abnormal usage is not included. Claims may not include
labor, shipping, currency losses, fees, or inconvenience. Warranty terms for
orders placed with third parties are subject to the policies of the seller.
Purchases from unauthorized dealers immediately void the warranty. For any
clarification or dispute regarding these policies, written communication is
required prior to placing an order.
Replica Parts
To ensure the safety of you and your vehicle, we strongly
advise purchasing exclusively from Munro Delta Wheels or our authorized
dealers. Replica items lack warranty or support from Munro Delta Wheels.
Promptly report any sellers of replica products to us for necessary action to
protect fellow Tesla owners.
Trademarks
Munro Delta Wheels' name, its logo, and all related names,
logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Munro
delta wheels or its affiliates or licensors, and their use requires prior
written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs,
and slogans on this website belong to their respective owners. Tesla, Model S, Model
3, Model X, Model Y, Cybertruck, and Tesla Roadster are trademarks of Tesla Motors,
inc. Munro Delta Wheels is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla Motors,
inc. Any other company, product, or service names mentioned on this website are
for identification purposes only and are trademarks of their respective
holders. Use of such trademarks does not imply any affiliation with or
endorsement by the trademark holder.
Terms of sale
Credit Card Orders
For security measures, we exclusively ship to billing
addresses registered on our customers’ credit cards. Secondary shipping
addresses may be added by contacting your credit card provider. For special
accommodations, please contact us via email.
International Orders
Munro Delta Wheels ships globally, with credit card orders
accepted at our discretion for international purchases. Acceptance of
international credit cards incurs a convenience charge to offset processing
costs. Customers are responsible for any fees or duties imposed by their
respective countries on imported items. We are unable to accurately assess
potential customs duties or associated costs, which remain solely the
customer's responsibility.
Made-To-Order Products
Unless specified otherwise, all products are made-to-order
and require full payment upfront. This non-refundable policy reflects our
commitment to honoring each order reservation as a trusted commitment. Canceling
orders disrupts the current order and affects other valued client orders, as
materials are purchased in real-time for production. Orders in progress or
completed cannot be canceled.
We rely on customers to provide all relevant car
specifications when placing an order. Munro Delta Wheels cannot be held
financially responsible for resolving fitment issues resulting from incorrect
or incomplete data provided by the client. Complete data includes production
month and year, trim specification, color, and any relevant options.
Refunds & Exchanges
For items purchased directly from Munro Delta Wheels:
Defective or significantly damaged items upon receipt are
eligible for exchange.
New-in-box, unused items may be returned within 30 days for
a full refund of the item price, excluding shipping expenses. Returns between
30 days and one year incur a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Used or installed items may be returned within 30 days for a
full refund of the item price.
All return items must be inspected at our Auburn Hills,
Michigan location before refunds are issued. No exchange or return will be
accepted without a pre-confirmed RMA # issued by Munro Delta Wheels management.
Abandoned items or rejected shipments are the customer's
responsibility, subject to restocking and storage fees. Items stored for over
six months without prior authorization are considered abandoned and subject to
forfeiture.
Deposits And Orders Not Fully Paid
Under special circumstances, orders can be placed without
full payment, typically for items with long lead times or when the customer
will complete installation at Munro Delta Wheels and wishes to pay upon
installation completion. Such exceptions are made at our discretion.
Customers agree to Munro Delta Wheels charging the balance
due for items, shipping, and/or installation without notice upon order
placement with a deposit or partial payment. Changes in payment method or
contact information are the customer's responsibility.
Munro Delta Wheels may ship the items ordered to the address
listed on the order without further notice. Deposits and unpaid orders ready
for shipment or installation may incur storage fees if prompt payment,
delivery, or installation is not arranged. Failure to comply may result in a
restocking fee and order cancellation without further notice.
All made-to-order items are non-returnable and
non-refundable, as previously described.
For items purchased from an authorized Munro Delta Wheels
dealer:
Authorized dealers offer full warranty and technical
support. Warranty claims or technical support inquiries should be directed to
the dealer.
For items purchased from unauthorized channels:
Please refrain from contacting Munro Delta Wheels regarding
any issues. Contact the seller from whom you purchased the item. No refunds,
exchanges, or after-purchase support will be provided for unauthorized
purchases.
Shipping Issues Or Shipping Damage
For items shipped by Munro Delta Wheels:
Upon receipt of your shipment from Munro Delta Wheels,
carefully inspect the products for any damage or imperfections before accepting
them. If you notice any damage, be sure to take photographs and note the damage
during the acceptance process. It's crucial to document any damage to the
packaging as well; if the box appears damaged, make sure to note this on the
shipment documents and capture photographic evidence before opening. Should you
find yourself unable to officially document the damage with the shipping
carrier upon delivery, it's imperative to reject the package outright. Once
you've signed off on the delivery as undamaged, any potential freight damage
claim becomes null and void, and we won't be able to assist further. It's
important to note that items cannot be insured for an amount exceeding their
stated value. If you need to file a damage claim, you must take action within a
specified timeframe. After this window has elapsed, we won't be able to process
refunds, reorders, or claims. Rest assured, all items shipped are fully
insured, but please understand that Munro Delta Wheels cannot be held
responsible for the outcome of the claim, though we'll do our utmost to support
you.
Items shipped directly from a third party:
For items shipped by a third party, Munro Delta Wheels
cannot offer assistance. We lack control over the packaging, shipping, or
damage claims for shipments dispatched by third parties to customers. We
strongly recommend adhering to the same procedures we require for potential
damage claims. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to comply with
the shipping policies of the party from which you've made the purchase.
Stolen, lost, vandalized, or mishandled items
post-delivery:
Munro Delta Wheels relies on reputable shipping companies
like FedEx, UPS, and various freight carriers. While we strive to select the
most reliable delivery partners for your shipments, we acknowledge that once a
shipment is in transit, we have no direct control over it. To safeguard your
delivery, it's essential to ensure you're available to receive the package in
person. This can be arranged with the shipping carrier upon receipt of your
tracking number(s) via email. In instances where you cannot be present to
receive the package, we recommend opting to collect it from a local hub or
facility to minimize the risk of theft or mishandling. Once a shipment is
delivered, it's considered in your possession, and we cannot warranty against
theft, vandalism, loss, or mishandling. If you rely on a third party to receive
your item, such as a mail clerk or building door attendant, please note that we
cannot guarantee their handling will be in line with your expectations. In such
cases, we advise collecting your package directly from the shipping carrier's
facility. We do not provide warranties against loss or damage post-delivery.
Off-road use only and adherence to local vehicle
regulations:
While our parts are meticulously designed and manufactured
to meet high standards, some are specifically intended for off-road use and may
not be road-legal in your jurisdiction. Certain laws may prohibit the
modification or removal of elements affecting vehicle operation or safety on
public roads. Violations could lead to fines or penalties. Installing such
parts may affect your vehicle's warranty, if applicable. Vehicles modified with
performance parts may no longer be permitted for use on public roads in certain
areas. It's important to note that Munro Delta Wheels accepts no responsibility
for individual clients' use of such products, as they are sold solely for
private and off-road purposes. We do not possess knowledge of, capacity for, or
responsibility to inform you about local road or off-road usage regulations.
Incorrect product pricing, shipping pricing, and other
sale-related data:
In cases of inaccurate product pricing, shipping pricing, or
any other erroneous data on our website, Munro Delta Wheels reserves the right
to cancel orders containing such information. We retain the right to cancel any
orders involving products with incorrect pricing that were purchased and
completed. In such instances, a full refund will be issued to the customer
promptly.
Order cancellation and fulfillment:
We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed through our
website without prior notice or explanation. Customers will receive a full
refund in such circumstances.
Force majeure:
Munro Delta Wheels cannot be held liable for
failure to adhere to our sales terms and conditions in cases where such failure
or delay is beyond the reasonable control of any party. This may include, but
is not limited to, business cessation, hacking, natural disasters, embargoes,
war, terrorism, labor disturbances, forced closures, pandemics, or other
unforeseeable events. While we will make every effort to adhere to our policies
in good faith, we may be unable to do so in certain situations
